JARED ROGERS
Tenor Jared Rogers is presently enjoying a career both as a performer and voice teacher. Mr. Rogers’s most recent engagements were with Madison Opera in Les Contes D"Hoffmann and Sweeney Todd, as well as Theater Cedar Rapids in Les Miserable as Jean Valjean. Mr. Rogers has sung numerous roles both Internationally and in the United States, including Theater Bremen in Bremen, Germany, Musiktheater im Revier, Cologne, Sachsiche Staatoper, Dresden, Seattle Opera, San Diego Opera, Nevada Opera, Tacoma Opera and Cedar Rapids Opera Theater. Roles have included Tamino in Die Zauberflöte, Lensky in Eugene Onegin, Alfredo in La Traviata, Narraboth in Salome, Frederick in Pirates of Penzance, Jean Valjean in Les Miserable and Faust. In addition, Mr. Rogers has been a young artist member with Seattle Opera, San Diego Opera and Cedar Rapids Opera, as well as a Metropolitan Opera’s National Council Auditions award winner; and he attended Luther College where he sang in Nordic Choir under the direction of Weston Noble.
